Meet the Healers
Between 2017 and 2020, I went through a very intensive spiritual/mental health crisis. It was triggered by my kids leaving the nest, which prompted me to reevaluate my life, my marriage, my career. Through this process, I uncovered many childhood wounds and trauma, which created chaos in my adult life. I tried a number of therapies, read books, went on spiritual retreats and workshops, and traveled to the rainforest to try Ayahuasca. Through that process, I met some amazing healers, and wanted to share some of their stories here.
